Handling Fear and Anxiety (Practice).
In this session, students practise turning truth into action by learning how to handle fear and anxiety. They’ll draw from Psalms and honest prayers to face real moments with peace and trust.
In this module, we’ll explore what it means to face fear and anxiety with faith that’s real and steady. We’ll read Psalms that show people talking to God honestly, and see how peace grows when we bring our worries into His light. Each student will look at a real situation that causes stress or fear and learn how to respond in a way that honors Jesus. Together, we’ll build a simple plan — a small, brave step to take this week when fear shows up. We’ll close in prayer with a leader, naming what we’ll do differently and asking God for courage and calm. This practice helps us recognize that fear doesn’t have the final word when our hearts rest in God. Through honesty, prayer, and small acts of trust, we grow stronger in peace that lasts.
