RA3-S4-M2 – Kukabiliana na Hofu na Wasiwasi (Mazoezi).
Wanafunzi watajifunza kugeuza ukweli kuwa matendo kwa kukabiliana na hofu na wasiwasi kwa maombi na Neno la Mungu.
Kila mtu hupitia nyakati za hofu na wasiwasi, lakini Mungu anatualika kumtegemea hata tunapohisi dhaifu. Katika somo hili, tutajifunza jinsi ya kumwambia Mungu hisia zetu kwa uaminifu, tukitazama Zaburi na mistari inayoonyesha amani na maombi ya kweli. Tutachunguza mambo halisi yanayotutisha na kujifunza jinsi ya kuchagua jibu lenye hekima linalomheshimu Yesu. Utatengeneza mpango rahisi wa namna utakavyotumia imani wiki hii, ukijua jinsi utakavyopima hatua yako. Tutazungumza kuhusu jinsi ya kuvuta pumzi, kutulia, na kumwomba Mungu badala ya kuruhusu hofu ichukue nafasi. Pia tutajifunza jinsi ya kujenga tabia za utulivu na imani ili moyo wetu uwe na nguvu kila siku. Mwisho, utaomba pamoja na kiongozi na kushiriki jambo moja utakalo fanya tofauti wiki hii kama ishara ya matumaini. Somo hili ni nafasi ya kukua katika imani, kupata utulivu wa kweli moyoni, na kumjua Mungu zaidi katika hali zote.
