Jifunze kusema ndiyo au hapana kulingana na uwezo wako, si kwa hatia.
Wakati wa kupona, nguvu inaweza kuwa haba na matumaini yanaweza kuhisi dhaifu. Somo hili linakualika kusikiliza mwili wako na roho yako kwa upendo na uvumilivu. Utajifunza kuona dalili za mapema za uchovu na kuamua kwa hekima lini kupumzika na lini kushiriki kikamilifu. Kuweka mipaka si kujitenga bali ni njia ya kuheshimu kile Mungu anachoponya ndani yako kila siku. Unaporuhusu neema kukuongoza badala ya hatia, utapata urahisi mpya wa kusema ndiyo unapoweza na hapana unapohitaji kupumzika. Mungu yuko pamoja nawe katika kila hatua ndogo ya kujitunza na kukua kiimani. Kila uamuzi wa busara ni ushuhuda wa uponyaji unaoendelea na ushahidi wa uhuru wa ndani unaojengeka. Kujua kiwango cha nguvu zako hakupunguzi upendo bali huufanya uwe thabiti na wa kweli zaidi. Hebu tuamini kwamba ndani ya mipaka yetu, nguvu mpya zinaweza kukua taratibu na kwa amani isiyoisha. Kupitia mafunzo haya, utapata ujasiri wa kuheshimu mapumziko yako na kuishi kwa neema kamili.
